Now that you have the definition, let's talk about what really makes a property a "propportunity". Well for starters, yes, this is our own made up word. But it's more than just fun and games around here. We take our job serious and each property that makes it to our "Propportunity List" is discussed amongst the entire Resort Property Realty team at our weekly staff meetings. This is our version of a 'best-buys' list. Specifics like condition, price, location, and amenities are all taken into consideration before the team makes a vote as to whether or not it's makes the cut. Then a few times a month when a certain "propportunity" really stands out for us, we choose to showcase it through our digital flyers and email blasts.
